In this subject, we had a close collaboration with DNB and dialogue over zoom throughout the subject's time period. Early on, we were briefed by DNB and what assignment they presented to us. Here they presented three different cases that we could choose from and the one we went for sounds like this:  

"Find a way to propose a new service to a market of your choice. The service will raise something related to sustainability and social responsibility, give user / customer value and show DNB a clear business potential.

 

Create a new service that increases sustainability and social responsibility, at the same time as it gives user / customer value and shows DNB a clear business potential. "

The collaboration with DNB was part of the learning curve and was a work requirement to be allowed "to take the written exam in digital service strategy.
